Who Can Apply:
- Athletes competing in or seeking to qualify in PNG National or International sports competitions
- Coaches and trainers supporting athletes competing in PNG National or International sports competitions
- PNG sports federations and organizations with athletes competing in PNG National or International sporting competitions
