50 Years of Sport in Papua New Guinea

The Kutubu Convention Centre at the Hilton Hotel was at near capacity with 430 members and guests attending the Luncheon, which was aligned with the celebration of Papua New Guineas 50th Year of Independence. It was an opportunity to honour all those who have represented PNG in Sports over 50 years. Carbine Club appreciates the generous support of BSP Financial Group Limited being the naming sponsor for the event. Carbine Club Committee Member and resident MC Brent St Hill opened proceedings introducing President Tony Carbry MBE to provide a Welcome Address to all present.
